How to Get Your SERU Test Results

Congratulations on completing your SERU assessment! Here’s what you need to know to get your results:

You can see your results on the TfL Taxi & Private Hire Portal.  Here the steps you need to take to view you SERU test results online:

1. Log in to the Taxi and Private Hire Portal

2. Go to the “Manage My Bookings” section

3. Next to your bookings, click “More”

4. Select “Assessment Outcome”

 

When Will You Get Your Results?

You will receive your SERU assessment results within 14 working days (almost three weeks). Due to high volumes, there might be delays.

Where to Find Your Results?

Your results will be mailed to you. If you opted for email communication, you may also receive them via email.

What if Your Results Haven’t Arrived?

If it’s been more than 14 working days and you haven’t received your results, email TfL at tphdriverassessments@tfl.gov.uk or call 0343 222 4444. Include your reference number and full name in the email.

Subject: SERU Assessment Results Request – Ref: DAPP[REFERENCE]

To whom it may concern,

Reference: DAPP[REFERENCE]

Name: [YOUR FULL NAME]

I completed my SERU assessment on [DATE] and have not received my results after 14 working days. Please send my results via email. If I do not hear back within 7 working days, I will send a follow up email.

Tips for Contacting TfL

Send your email between 9 AM to 12 PM on a Tuesday for a better chance of a timely response.

Additional Information

If you fail the assessment, don’t worry. You can retake it for £16. Prepare using online courses and mock tests for better success next time.
